This will be its seventh major project in the Delhi-NCR region. The gigantic business group have already completed massive projects in Delhi and Gurgaon and partnered with Lotus Greens in January 2016 to develop a 36-acre residential space in Pari Chowk Greater Noida sector-27.

One of the amazing news about this residential project of Godrej Properties is that it will make a golf centric township in Greater Noida, hence, adding to the international stature of the city. The Mumbai-based company`s CEO and MD, Pirojsha Godrej have always laid importance on the real estate opportunities in Noida and Greater Noida. This time, during Godrej`s first business venture in Greater Noida, he emphasized on the strategies that the company is looking forward to make in order to deepen its impact as the country`s leading real estate market.

Presently, Godrej Properties is on a high rise in real estate as it announced its project in a BSE 4 million sq. ft. saleable area in this venture has now made the aggregate saleable land under Godrej Properties` to be a whopping 119 million sq. ft. which includes the development projects in the field of commercial and residential sectors across 12 major cities in India. The company`s profits in the last couple of years show how speedily it has come up. It had a rise of 43% this year in its income to crores as compared to in the year 2014-15. This amounted to a net profit worth of 21% profit to the company in the form of crores as compared to Rs190.9 crores in its previous fiscal.
